Payment
Your registration will only be confirmed once full payment is received. We accept payment in euro, using one of the following options:
Credit card
You can pay with Visa and MasterCard. We do NOT accept American Express or Diners Club cards. You will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation and payment receipt.
Bank transfer
If you wish to pay via bank transfer, instructions will be included on your invoice. Please note that an international bank transfer may take up to 10 days to reach our account and that you should ensure that transfers are completed well in advance of the registration deadlines. After the payment is completed and received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
For bank transfers, please send a copy of the bank transfer document to euroveloizmir@claros.com.tr, so that your payment can be traced. If the bank withholds a transfer fee from the total amount, we will ask you to pay the outstanding amount on-site in cash.

Important Notes
Registration system works as individual. If you want to register more than one participant, you must add all the people you wish to register to the chart in the registration system. Then, you can reconfirm the parts you selected in the cart and proceed to the payment section.
If you choose “allergic” for Gala Dinner in your registration process, after your registration is completed, we will send you an email asking you to specify your allergies.
Cancellation policy

- Cancellations before 1 September 2023 will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations from 1 September onwards will not receive any refund.
Notification of cancellation must be sent by e-mail at euroveloizmir@claros.com.tr
